October 1 Quicklisp dist update now available

I've updated the Quicklisp dist again. Here are the differences relative to the last update:

    Could you tell why? (I was trying to get it to work a couple weeks back. It broke on the WSDL I was trying to use though.)

  2. cl-soap depends on patching s-xml, and neither project seems likely to update right now. Rather than leaving it in and letting people find out it's broken at runtime, I've decided to just take it out until someone can step up to be an active maintainer.
